Before you write

• Who can withdraw

  If you are in Ireland, the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the mask, without giving a reason.

• What to include

  Fill in your full name, the email you ordered with and your order number. In the message, say which masks you are withdrawing from. Then press send. This is your withdrawal declaration.

• What happens next

  We reply within 2 working days with the return address and the date and time we received your declaration. Post the mask back within 14 days of telling us and keep your proof of postage. You pay the postage. We refund you within 14 days of getting the mask back, or of you showing proof of postage, whichever is earlier. See the refund policy.

• Faulty, damaged or the wrong colour?

  That is a different case. Use the contact page and we replace or refund it. You do not need to send it back.
